Dear Connections, we are hiring for a dynamic candidates for the position of Sales Executive at Networsys Technologies with the relevant experience of 6 months to 2 years in cold calling. Communication is must for this profile below is the job description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our Web development and Digital Marketing Solutions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce our Web development and Digital Marketing Solutions and explain their benefits to potential clients.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to identify clients' needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Persistent and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of [industry/niche] and our Web development and Digital Marketing Solutions is a plus.
• High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

?Salary would be between 15000 to 25000 per month.
