1.Business Development

(Qualifications)

-University degree holder

-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Business Development,Marketing

-Willing to do field work everywhere in Myanmar

Responsibilities

- Including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, services

-Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation

-Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

-Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

-Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

-Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

-Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

-Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

-Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

-Seek ways of improving the way the business operates

-Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

-Create a sales pipeline

-Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management and Head.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Profiling of sites for acquisition and coordination with the Building Administrators/Managers for survey request and letter of intent/proposal.

2. Preparation and completion of Request to an meeting appointment with sites owner and site survey timeline.

Coordination for the survey schedule, Engineering Plan completion and issuance.

3. Submission of formal proposal, and Engineering Plan to Building Administrators Managers.

4. Negotiation and approval of Commercial Terms and Engineering Plan with the Building Administrators/Managers.

5. Provides Job Order details for the installation of the complimentary connection for the acquired sites.

6. Prepares and submits weekly site status report to SAQ team leader/Project Manager.

7.With strong personality and interpersonal skill
