Urgent Appeal for Judicial Reforms to Foster Inclusive Growth

Respected Prime Minister,

I trust this message finds you well and in good health. I am writing to you today as a concerned citizen who deeply admires your vision for a developed and inclusive India. Your commitment to transforming our nation into a global economic powerhouse has inspired many, and I believe in the potential for positive change that your leadership has brought and will bring.

However, as we strive towards these goals, it is essential to address a pressing issue that affects the very fabric of our society – the accessibility and efficiency of our legal system. For ordinary citizens like myself, obtaining justice has become an arduous journey marked by its slow pace and exorbitant costs. This predicament not only hampers the well-being of individuals but also impedes the overall economic growth of our nation. It favors people who want to cheat and do fraud. Setting incentives as society to cheat and fraud to make money, As consequence of doing wrong in most cases is nothing.

Our constitution is based on checks and balances such that not one innocent should be punished. even if cost is letting criminals and fraudsters go free. This forces good people to become bad because that is how you make money. If a officer is asking for money. A Businessman will steal tax as he knows he will have to pay officer. Then this Businessman is not wrong, you have created an environment and situation where he is forced to act in his own interests.

The current state of our legal system places an undue burden on the common people, often resulting in prolonged and financially draining legal battles. This situation stands in stark contrast to the inclusive growth you envision for our country. It is disheartening to see justice delayed, as it equates to justice denied for countless individuals.

I firmly believe that a streamlined and affordable legal system is integral to achieving your vision of an economically developed and inclusive India. As we work towards becoming a global economic force, it is crucial that our legal infrastructure keeps pace, ensuring that justice is not only a theoretical concept but a practical reality for every citizen.

I humbly urge you, Respected Prime Minister, to prioritize judicial reforms that enhance accessibility, reduce delays, and make legal processes more affordable and efficient for all. Such measures will not only empower the common people but also contribute significantly to the economic growth of our nation.

Wishing you continued success in your endeavors, I express my sincere hope that you will be re-elected for another term to lead our nation towards prosperity and justice for all.

With utmost respect,

Praveen Jindal

You have my support, brother Praveen. Read the appeal and I support it . Apart from this - fast , unbiased and effective courts are needed to deal with the millions of pending cases. Apparantly, there does not seem to be an SLA or unbiased, neutral Audit on the decision making process for these. And as far as other things mentioned in the article,we all know that there no limit to what's offered now a days to those in Decision making capacity.
