Summarizing the above two tables-

So there is

·        1 bank for a population of 2261 in urban India, and

·        1 bank for a population of 21688 in rural India.

Some other issues that we can easily comprehend for rural banking-

1.      Power supply

2.      Network bandwidth

3.      Skilled workforce or motivated workforce

Overall, I see that rural India that may not be actually accounting for bulk of black money is actually at the receiver’s end.
