URBAN CREATION PURCHASES 62 PARK STREET WITH PLAN FOR OFFICE EXPANSION & APARTMENTS

Urban Creation is happy to share the news that we have successfully purchased 62 Park Street, marking our sixth property on the iconic street in Bristol. This strategic move is a significant step forward for us as we continue to grow and evolve as a company.

For the past 14 years, the property was home to Mission Burrito, the popular Mexican restaurant bringing frequent visitors to Park Street, quite rightly so. The chain lives on with stores in Bath, Oxford, Reading, and Milton Park. Despite the closure on Park Street, rest assure Bristolians, you can still find them on Deliveroo!

The Property is set to undergo a transformation into the new office for Urban Creation. This expansion represents a major leap from our current office at 76 Park Street, reflecting the continued growth and success we've experienced over the past 12 months. We will be utilising the entirety of the space by also accommodating three 2-bedroom apartments in the upper part of the building, further adding to our apartment portfolio.

Handelsbanken has been our trusted banking partner for this project, and we want to express our ongoing appreciation and thanks for their consistent support over the past 5 years as we've undertaken a series of large and rewarding projects.

As our team has expanded and our achievements have gained increased attention, the need for additional office space has become a priority. The decision to invest in 62 Park Street aligns greatly with our vision for the future.

The new office space will provide us with more meeting rooms, desk space, a welcoming entrance area, and ample room to accommodate visitors. This upgrade is not just a practical move; it's a reflection of our commitment to creating a collaborative work environment for our team.

The purchase also perfectly complements our recent rebranding, with the aim to showcase our stylish new branding with modern and sophisticated interior design.
