A multinational Food Industry Plant based in Suez, is looking for a Plant HR Manager - One Day Off

We are looking for a Plant HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for Suez Plant.

Communicates with the HR Director so as to develop the HR manual, business plan includes all the necessary needs of the different section in light with the company goals and strategic objectives.

Managing day-to-day operations & activities, hands on all HR function especially with blue collars, employee relations, performance management, training & development.

Ensuring productive workplace where everyone works to realize the established mission and objectives.

Proven working experience as Plant HR Manager min. 5 years, with total HR experience not less than 10 - 12 years.

We looking for an industrial relations/plant HR/factory HR manager to act as liaison manager between the labour force and management. You will be responsible for hiring and laying off employees, planning personnel needs. You will also need to evaluate performances, manage salaries and wages, schedule employee vacations, provide benefits, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees at every level.

You will be responsible for Salaries and wages. Healthcare benefits. Work hours, Safety codes, Union practices, Pensions

Develop labour policies

Ensure the HR staff is knowledgeable about union contract compliance

Very Good English is a MUST

Experience in Industrial plant is a MUST
