Upward JD2 Field hockey team recovers

Arnhem – April 21, 2018 – by Jeroen Overmaat - In a season where the Upward field hockey JD2 team struggled a bit to reach for the better, they have suddenly changed their way. For two Saturdays in a row, the team saw victory. Saturday’s match against Zutphen JD2, ended with a beautiful 6-0. The audience was treated on more variety in the types of chances generated by the squad, as most of JD2’s opportunities came from high in the circle.
“Our big thing is to recover”, Gijs Overmaat said. “We keep working hard and go into our games coming Saturday with a full gas tank. The recovery is going to really help start scoring more goals.”
Perhaps the promotional items of Puppet were giving the team an additional boost, at this beautiful day at the Upward premise.
