1 年Potential employees arriving fully qualified & skilled is a much reduced phenomenon heavily linked to an international shortage of labour generally brought about by birth rate demographics. Employers HAVE to accept that upskilling/reskilling existing employees is the only sensible and cost effective route to survival.
