I would like to add that, going forward, the content of the microlearning modules should cover the topics to the level of industrial standards and protocols so that the employees can upskill and the expectations are met at the organisational levels. This can benefit and save the time for both the employee and the organization. Kudos! Again, it was an interesting read!??
