On Saturday at the Ricoh Coventry Arena, after hearing from Sir Geoff Hurst over a breakfast I nipped to the loo...........luckily I bumped in to a chap who had been instrumental keeping me in UW back in the early days. Stephan had been at every single open night, training, call and event I could remember, he took me for lunch a handful of times to discuss making the business move faster..................above the noise of the hand dryer he said
"Rob- WAIT.....don't go anywhere"
I waited in the stadium concourse.
"Rob, I respect you, I like you, you've a beautiful family........what can I do to help you?"

I told him some accountability would help......he shrugged.....after taking a couple of selfies for some more of his team members he looked me in the eye and said...............
"Come on Rob.......I'm not going to tell you what to do, you know what to do"
I told him I needed to be my true self 100% of the time.....that I have snippets of brilliance then it dwindles away......that I lack confidence when prospecting or 'showing up', that years of networking with the same closed people made my pond feel small and that I end up in a negative spiral of not getting the results I want therefore trying less........
"We can sort that.....lets meet up when i'm back from holiday"
