The amount Netflix plans to invest in developing television shows, movies, and unscripted programs from South Korea over the next four years. Its two previous Korean hits, Squid Game and The Glory, are both among the streaming giant’s most popular shows ever. The ongoing writer’s strike in Los Angeles and New York has disrupted the production of some Netflix programs, including Stranger Things, but its growing international operations are largely unaffected.
