Upps!

Why did the developer bring a form grid to the dinner party? To keep adding "payments" to the menu, of course!

But wait—after the 9th dish, the waiter (a.k.a. the browser) shouted, “HTTP 414! The URL is stuffed, no more dishes for you!”

So, the team huddled up: They tried sneaking in smaller URLs. Didn’t work—security threw them out. They switched from GETting food to POSTing it directly to the kitchen. Great idea, but still no dessert for dish #10.

Finally, someone realized the pop-up waiter was just asking for shorter orders all along. The lesson? When dealing with overly long URLs and cranky browsers, remember: You live and you learn.
