Question? When you imagine the person who set out to pursue their dreams who received the warm welcome from fellow merchants and the license issuing agencies what color do you think they are?

When it comes to people accomplishing their goals, by busting their ass to make their dreams become a reality, some seem to be outraged and sickened by the brilliance of some. There are restrictive laws hidden in small print along with people in power whose goal is to limit the progress of some individuals to un ensure their ability to create wealth from talents within just because they can. ?

Commerce is just that. Having the intellect to create a better mousetrap and blaze new trails in doing so is a freedom for some and a criminal offense for others. No one should lose their freedom and kept in virtual bondage, in addition, to being forced to forfeit the dreams for pursuing opportunities and privileges that others enjoy, freely.

There is no need to ask because the whole world knows they are Black / Brown. And truth be told there would be no problem if the merchant, the Black / Brown person never applied for an alcohol wholesale license to control their own distribution.

Incensed and sickened by Black / Brown brilliance rather than let the merchant be free to operate due to vendettas, fabricating a case was the call from the license issuing agencies once they realized the merchant, a Black / Brown person refused to be talked down to and treated like “manure.”

Officials take an oath to uphold the laws not to break them. It’s scary to think that some are embolden enough to fabricated cases against Black / Brown people like the merchant, for pursuing big dreams that some thinks are for Whites only.

Not long ago all the merchant, Black / Brown person had to eat was beans and rice. Now that there is steak with the beans and rice because of big dreams that’s a problem for some.

It was clear from the beginning the merchant, Black / Brown person was never going to hear the words, “We welcome you and if there is anything you need just let us know from the license issuing agencies. Instead, the merchant, Black / Brown person business was sabotaged, interfered with constantly in addition, to their life being turned upside down when those in power jailed and labeled the merchant, (a person with no felonies a career criminal for dreaming big.)

The merchant, Black / Brown person knows how the justice system works, they did not pass the Bar, but even as a layman they know a little something when it comes to the law. What’s not understood is how can a person with no felonies be labeled a career criminal? “I guess they must be good at criminalizing.”

Some think they are superior, and fake believe Black / Brown people like the merchant, “The Uppity Negro” who needs to be put in his place for dreaming big, is inferior and therefore could not have created the most profound luxury cocktail brand of our time. Even though they know firsthand the Royal lineage that flows within Black / Brown veins.
