Upper Body Development Lacking

Educators are calling for more activities that target upper body development as students spend more time on screens and indoors.
Break time at school can be the only chance some students have to extend their physical abilities as family time shifts in favour of indoor activities and screen time. Students naturally seek to extend physical ability through adventure and play.
Educators now look to the school playground to provide a range of physical challenges that provide much needed strengthening for the arms, shoulders and torso.
A playground designed and build by Everything Outside deliberately targets the needs of growing bodies to provide an exciting challenge and opportunity to extend to the next level of ability. Monkey bars continue to be popular, as are hand grips, rope climb, cargo net, parkour and fireman’s pole.
Everything Outside are a one-stop-shop design and construction company of showcase, stunning projects for schools on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and regional Queensland.
