Upholding Quality, Winning Trustworthy - Seraphim 2024 Quality Month Launch Ceremony Grandly Held

This September marks the 47th National Quality Month, it is also the 8th Quality Month for Seraphim. To deeply implement the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee’s third plenary session and to advance the company’s quality culture and system construction, Seraphim held the kickoff meeting for Quality Month from September 4 to 5 under the theme "Upholding Quality, Winning Trustworthy". The meeting was organized by the Group Quality Service Center and held simultaneously at the Yingshang and Jinzhai factories. Attendees included Gary Feng, General Manager of Seraphim Anhui Factory; Huang Chao, General Manager of Seraphim Jinzhai Factory; Jet Chen, Director of Seraphim Quality Service Center, along with the heads of various departments.

To ensure the effective and solid implementation of Quality Month activities, the Group Quality Service Center meticulously prepared for the event and developed a detailed and innovative activity plan that includes four key activities: Quality Mobilization Meetings, Skills Competitions, Quality Benchmarking, and Specific Quality Improvement Initiatives. These activities aim to comprehensively enhance the group's quality management level and further strengthen high-quality development.

During the kickoff ceremony, Jet Chen, Director of Seraphim Quality Service Center, emphasized the importance of Quality from a strategic perspective in light of the current rat race situation in the photovoltaic industry. In a challenging market environment, only high-quality products and services can earn reputation and trust. Each factory should break down its quality responsibilities, assign them to specific individuals, and ensure that all employees understand the importance of quality, fully support quality management, and advance quality control efforts. The goal is to strengthen quality control, enhance effectiveness, and continuously optimize the group’s product quality.

In his speech, Gary Feng, General Manager of Seraphim Anhui Factory, pointed out that quality is the cornerstone of a company’s survival and development, and its value lifeline. We should take Quality Month as an opportunity to solidify quality management responsibilities and strive to create high-quality photovoltaic projects that embed quality awareness into every work process. By implementing the company's quality policies, and deepening the integration of quality, environmental, and safety management systems, the company shall continuously innovate quality control and assurance mechanisms, manage quality from the source, and enhance production standards. Seraphim will demonstrate the responsibility and mission of constructing a "quality-based enterprise", and drive brand enhancement and quality improvement.

Huang Chao, General Manager of Seraphim Jinzhai Factory, stated that quality has become a key factor for companies to establish themselves in the market and gain customer trust. He stressed the need to prioritize quality management work, establish a long-term quality management mechanism, and ensure that it is efficient and orderly. Quality management should be integrated into comprehensive company management, strengthening quality control and supervision, and maintaining rigorous quality control standards throughout the entire process. We must promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure the high-quality development of products, services, and management. Each department should also enhance cooperation and coordination to build a solid foundation for high-quality development and ensure steady improvement in the quality of products and services.

The journey of achieving the best quality is never-ending.
