Apprenticeship standards were created by employers for employers. We value this statement and SR will always hold this at the heart of what we do.

When we work with our employers, we want to embed their requirements, needs and development points to truly bespoke and tailor a programme to fit their business. Our in-house curriculum team love nothing more than to fully understand those needs, and required outcomes, going on to build a programme that best supports this.

Apprenticeships are no different to talent management programmes embedded within your business. As with any development, this can take time and requires effort from all stakeholders to encapsulate those learning objectives and build a programme that hit the sweet spot.

We have worked to create this offer by simply gathering information through stakeholder engagement, and TNAs but also by referencing examples of internal training utilised previously, and creating bespoke learning content that best meets those objectives.?

This type of relationship isn’t solely reserved for those high yielding corporate clients either, this approach is adopted for all of our clients, big or small. Why should the size of your organisation impact on the quality of your programme and delivery?
