All you need now are the new online techniques and skills to run remote workshops. This is post about a one day skills upgrade only for Certified LEGO? SERIOUS PLAY? facilitators.

The combination of new Online LEGO Serious Play Shared Model Building techniques keeps shared model building true to the idea that LEGO Serious Play is a 'hands on, minds on’, 'best in 3D' method. In fact, it might surprise you, but overall, Online Shared Model Building is more hands-on than face-to-face LEGO Serious Play.

Seriously. We will be pleased to show you how and get you back in business.

The other main provider of LEGO? SERIOUS PLAY? training, have been very clear they will not provide online training because they do not think it is possible. We respect their position, but evidently we think this opinion is flawed or offered in service of another motive. Either way, it's not helping facilitators or their clients use the method they have invested in. At SeriousWork, we feel a responsibility to support our graduates to upgrade their skills to the online environment and we extend this offer to all graduates of all trainings.

The video below, recorded at the end of our two day online facilitation training course shows one of four shared models that had resulted from our trainees practicing the online LEGO Serious Play techniques we had taught.

We have created a one day skills upgrade to demonstrate these new techniques. This course does not cover the foundation LEGO Serious Play skills, but instead gets right to the heart of the principles and steps essential to online facilitation of shared model building.

We do not believe face-to-face LEGO Serious Play workshops (or trainings) are going to be safe or sensible any time soon. But these new online LEGO Serious Play techniques means you and your clients can work-together online safely and effectively with individual model building and shared model building. And as we all know, the vast majority of LEGO Serious Play workshops only use these two build levels.
