A few special notes as we prepare for our first 2023 Q1 Board Meeting

#1 ISTA is no longer an open membership association. The change in strategy shifts our focus to "partners" moving forward. Partners are assigned to a board they commit to less-than-part-time tasks and sharing their network resources. Partners have access to benefits which will be a topic at our next meeting.

#3 ISTA is searching for content creators - those of you who can write an analysis of trends in sports technologies or cover any digital tech that may impact sport are invited to join our association as paid "analysts". Analysts will receive quarterly profits from publishing. Find out more - [email protected]

#4 ISTA has a new website strategy which involves a separate web presence for the learning institute [LMS]. PSTI will continue moving forward with education and research for the sector. www.sportstechedu.com while ISTA will be a trade association focused on business-to-business programs and services.

#5 ISTA's Executive Board holds joint quarterly calls - these calls have in the past been focused on sharing, regional events, and strategy discussions from various regions of the world with a flexible agenda with more discussions. [Nordic, Australia, UK, USA] This year, we intend to make these calls more formal and are seeking more global advisors. Note that only one call per year is open to the public, that call is coming up this week so find our LinkedIn event page - and add your name to participate.
