Don't believe in this company

I'm trying to refund one of my clients, but stripe is not allowing me. It's her money, I want to give it back to her, please respond. I'm trying to do it through chat and they want to tie up her funds for 120 days, I'm all about Customer Service and I went with you guys because I thought you guys were too. If you're unable to help, could you please put me through to someone who can. thanks

I will not stop till you return my money? WORST FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE I need my money now You? hold it for? no reason every day you add day to expected time Are you joking?
