An Update on This Project

Hey friends!

The job list is linked at the end of the article, but I also wanted to give everyone and update on this project as a whole.

Thank you for supporting this project.

Last April, I launched a Facebook group with an eye on solving some of the gaps I had experienced in the Conservative movement.

Since then, the group grew to over 2,000 people, and the Substack/LinkedIn newsletter has grown to 2,500+.

Last winter, I had attempted a round of crowdfunding to implement the ideas I had generated while researching opportunities each week. While it didn’t gain traction, I decided I needed to reformulate my current offerings.

So these next few months, I am going to be tinkering with what this newsletter looks like exactly…

The first big change:

I have drastically increased the number of jobs I aggregate weekly.

When I started I would share 40+ jobs a week and call it a day, but now as I have become more efficient I am aiming for 400+ jobs each week.

The second big change:

Each week, I plan to highlight 6-12 jobs, and put the rest of the opportunities behind a paywall of $6 a month. I’m currently spending about 5 hours of work on research a week now, so I want to make sure I am spending my time wisely for my family’s sake. Ideally, this newsletter will grow to a point where I can hire someone to spend a few hours a week researching openings for me.

For LinkedIn viewers, that means that you will want to go over to Substack and subscribe there.

There will still be free offerings:

• The Facebook group is now and forever free
• There will still be occasional free posts from highlighted employers
• I plan to share the full job opportunity list for free once a month
