An update from Bloom??

3 months in and we thought it was the perfect time for an update from Bloom.

Firstly, we’ve been blown away by all the support we’ve received and the positivity for trying to do things a little differently! So a huge thank you for all your support.

We’ve been keeping pretty busy. On the bespoke learning side, we’ve delivered a digital induction project that includes a powerful animation, and the project has been really well received by new recruits. Also, we are close to delivering another seven modules for Mental Health UK using a really collaborative project development approach and working closely with the wonderful team at Mental Health UK . Happily, projects are tracking ahead of schedule with some really lovely stakeholder feedback???

We’ve also been busy exploring the learning landscape and are very happy to say that we’ve signed partnership agreements to market:

1. A comprehensive suite of off-the-shelf compliance modules. The suite is particularly targeted at banking and finance, but also covers a range of compliance topics from Anti-Bribery & Corruption through to Whistleblowing.
2. An award-winning game platform that keeps you coming back for more game play as you learn. Learner data on this really proves it’s value.
3. A unique digital adoption software platform that puts system training in the system you’re learning. Real learning at the point of need, in any digital system. Perfect to help implement that new CRM.
4. A LMS that places all learning and dashboards in Teams or SharePoint, truly putting learning in the flow of work
