Update / action plan from Exactpro

First of all we would like to express our gratitude to you for your support and understanding.
Our thoughts are with all the people whose loved ones lost their lives, were injured or are missing in the chaos of the unfolding horrible events. This war is a deep personal tragedy for many of Exactpro employees as most of us have relatives, friends and colleagues in Ukraine.
The safety of our staff and our ability to support BAU operations for you is our top priority.
We think it is necessary to update you on our current status, the progress of the BCP implementation and mid-term goals.?
Our executive team is available to answer all your?questions.
High level summary:
1. We continue to support all BAU and Project activities for all our clients. All our processes and platforms are fully operational.
2. Our BCP was invoked and we are making sure that for every engagement we have specialists available outside of Russia to support business as usual. We are increasing this capacity further.?
3. Our IT Network team is switching all remaining clients' VPNs to our data centers outside of Russia.?We have extra network and server resiliency in place to continue providing the service in a scenario of a temporary disruption of the Internet?in Russia.??
4. Next week, we are planning to start doubling the office space in our delivery centres situated in Tbilisi, Georgia and Colombo, Sri Lanka to accommodate the relocations and additional hiring. We are satisfied?with the progress in these locations.?
5. We are in discussions with all Senior Managers about permanent or long term relocation. We are planning to help them by:

6. We operate 7 legal entities - in the UK (two), the US, Lithuania, Sri Lanka, Georgia and Russia. We have started the process of folding our operations in Russia and preparing steps required to remove the entity from the Exactpro group's perimeter if necessary. All parts of Exactpro group outside Russia are outside of any conceivable country-wide sanctions.
7. The risk of direct sanctions imposed against the entity in Russia is limited because we have been working diligently during the last 12 years to avoid any associations within Russia which could trigger sanctions against it.?
Exactpro has had no clients in Russia since 2017. The entity responsible for business with Russian clients was dissolved in January 2020. The total revenue from clients in Russia over the whole history was below 100k GBP. Exactpro has never worked for and never participated in tenders by any Russian government agencies, state-run banks or corporations. Exactpro has never applied for any Russian government-managed grants.
