Update #8 – Spotlight on the Interactive Zone and HR Products

Update #8 – Spotlight on the Interactive Zone and HR Products

There are many things we’re trying for this event which differ from past major conferences for Irrigation Australia and one big and expensive one is our Interactive Zone.? While there will be activities across the 3 days, the most exciting stuff will happen during each of the catering breaks including the 2 hour lunch gaps, where exhibitors will be presenting their latest ideas and technologies directly to attendees.

The Interactive Zone also forms part of our Scavenger Hunt – score points towards prizes by attending these demonstrations!

A couple of early adopters include @Kisters – demonstrating a water level and Doppler water velocity radar for simultaneous data acquisition and simultaneous level and surface velocity data, and Plasson demo’ing the Plassaddle – a bolt-free mechanical tapping band.? I believe they are also looking to run a delegate competition around it to show off how simple and efficient the technology is…

The Zone has a stage, big screen and table seating up the back left corner of the Exhibition Hall.? If you’re an exhibitor and haven’t registered yet, get in now to secure one of the prime 15 minute demo spots.

Spotlight on HR Products

HR Products manufactures, imports and distributes quality automatic irrigation equipment for agricultural, golf course, sports turf, landscape and home watering systems throughout Australia.

Established in 1979 as part of Little Moreton Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia, the business has grown into one of Australia’s largest wholesale irrigation distributors with an extensive dealer network across the country.

In 2023, the business was acquired by Valmont Industries, Inc. , Inc. expanding the company’s geographic footprint and growing its parts presence in a key agriculture market.

With offices in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, HR Products has built a reputation as a leading wholesale supplier to retail irrigation, hardware, plumbing and rural stores.

How can you participate?

  1. As a free Exhibition Visitor – come along to see some of the best contemporary gear available and support our excellent exhibitors who’ve invested significantly to fill our Exhibition Hall including a networking lounge, poster displays, interactive zone and competitions and other activities.? Our exhibitors and sponsors are the only reason this event is possible.? Check out the workshops too, some of which are open to all!
  2. As a Conference Delegatesome top national and international papers, panels, keynotes and other knowledge exchange activities, as well as all the networking that comes with the social functions and tours.? Big discounts for Irrigation Australia members – email [email protected] if you would like to join.
  3. As an Exhibitor – the response to date has been fantastic with over 75% of floor space sold, but we want to hit full capacity!?? Have a browse through who’s already signed up through the interactive map.
  4. As a Sponsor – with special thanks to our contributors so far, there are still many more opportunities to promote your brand to the sector with options ranging from $2,500 upwards.? We are also looking for a few “off the prospectus” contributors for new activities like Awards where we hope to establish a long term naming rights relationship.

All of the details are in the links, please reach out with any questions.
