It’s been almost a year since my last update on this.

To pull back a curtain, it’s been very busy considering “the market”.

Our lending platform has been non-stop since November of 2023. We’re having to prioritize the LOIs we send out as we’ve been over subscribed month after month.

We’ve taken a deep dive into the bridge lending space with no appraisals and better terms than any competitor in our space. You’ve probably seen me talk about this with annoying frequency. (Here's a link for this program)

As operators, our recent condo conversion just came to market after a final stretch of touch-ups and marketing decisions. Excited to share it along with our sales as they come along.

With this being said, we’re growing this channel more and more through our acquisitions. Our team is solely focused on new acquisitions with an intention to deploy another $20mm this year.
