In the home stretch now so a few tips in the form of Frequently Asked Questions for those attending the event.
Tip 1- When you get your confirmation email, have your QR code ready as it will make event registration a lot easier...
Tip 2 - Don't lose your lanyard - it's your ticket to everything including food where applicable!
FAQ's
Q. Can I still exhibit or sponsor the event?
A. Of course. The quickest way is to email [email protected] and one of the sales team will respond.
Q. Can I register onsite at the event??
A. We strongly recommend registering prior to your arrival at the venue, to avoid delays. Please note that late registration fees apply. [email protected] is the go, the web links are now closed. It will still be possible to register in person on site, with payments in AUD.
Q. Can I still buy a dinner ticket?
A. We have pre-purchased a number of dinner tickets to give late registrants the opportunity to attend. Once they are sold, that's it, and if you have dietary requirements the sooner you get in the better.
Q. Can I still buy a Women in Water breakfast ticket?
A. There are a few spare tickets kept aside, but get in now to be guaranteed a spot.
Q. Can I only attend the Exhibition and not the Conference?
A. Yes, you can still register on site to attend the exhibition.
Q. When are the best times to attend the Exhibition?
A. Most of the Exhibition Hall activities including poster presentations, demonstrations in the interactive zone, competitions including scavenger hunts are concentrated around meal breaks, especially lunch between noon and 2pm if they're what you're keen on seeing. All of the delegate meals are in the Exhibition Halls so it will be quite busy. If you're after a more relaxed walk around and chat with our excellent exhibitors, the times other than meal breaks will be more suitable.
Q. Can I become an Irrigation Australia member to access member rates for the event?
A. Yep, provided you apply by 29/8/ 24 – email [email protected]
Q. When should I arrive at the venue?
A. The registration desk will be open at the following times during the conference.

We strongly recommend arriving and collecting your name badge prior to the Exhibition Opening, commencing at 10:30am on Monday, as delays may occur at peak times.
