Upcoming White Paper Alert: "Plugging Into The Future"

I'm excited to share that we are releasing a white paper called "Plugging Into The Future" on 24 October.

What we've been up to:

The team at Full Circle Continuous Improvement has surveyed over 200 EV drivers, diving deep into their charging experiences and challenges.

Our white paper will uncover:

? The fundamental drivers of EV charging satisfaction

? The strategies Charge Point Operators (CPOs) can use to boost charger utilisation

? Current charging pain points

? Strategies for balancing CPO profitability and customer needs.

The main thing I would like you to know is that we are not just about doom and gloom. We are not just highlighting problems; we have developed practical solutions for transforming CPO operations.

One insight I wanted to share is that understanding EV driver needs is crucial for future-proofing all charging networks in the UK. This alignment benefits both drivers and CPOs in the long run.

We've worked hard to identify solutions to the problems reported by EV drivers, and I'm really excited about how these findings could positively impact the EV charging sector.

By bridging the gap between driver needs and CPO operations, we can make a difference by increasing charge point utilisation, building trust with EV drivers, and demonstrating to those drivers who are interested in moving to an EV that charging on any of the public charging networks is seamless, no matter where they go.
