Join GLEAM on Thursday, November 28th, for a factory tour of SHD Composites in Sleaford, offering a unique insight into one of the UK’s top composite prepreg manufacturing facilities. Designed for manufacturing professionals, this event provides an exclusive look at the production of advanced composite materials used across aerospace, automotive, marine, and construction industries.
The tour begins at 8:30 am with a welcome coffee and introductions, followed by a facility tour and a demonstration of the prepreg process. Attendees will also explore SHD's Tech Centre to learn about testing, analysis, and new product development.

Mark Kempton, Chief Advisor at Dynex, has been with the company since its early days as Marconi Electronic Devices Ltd. He has held various leadership roles, including Operations Director and CEO.
