5 Things I’ve Learned About Life-Grief & Building Resilience

Lynne Hughes, founder & CEO of Comfort Zone Camp, lost both of her parents by the age of 12 and experienced firsthand the lack of resources available to grieving children. By combining her love of summer camp with the unmet societal need for resources that support youth after losing loved ones to death–Comfort Zone Camp was born in 1998.

Today, CZC has hosted 23,000 campers from nearly all 50 states, Canada and the United Kingdom. After connecting with families and navigating grief herself, Lynne’s learned message is about finding hope and healing, and building resilience. Lynne’s personal mantra is, “there is always something good from something bad.”

If you missed the event on May 11, you can still catch the replay any time. Learn more about Lynne’s journey, how to stay balanced personally and professionally, identify and navigate “life grief”, grow your resiliency muscles and avoid burnout.?
