Unekha presents, Ah’masya is celebrating a workshop especially for women over 40 years, to handle the challenge of menopausal transition.

The menopausal transition affects each woman uniquely and in various ways. The body begins to use energy differently, fat cells change, and women may gain weight more easily. You may experience changes in your bone or heart health, your body shape and composition, or your physical functions.

To battle this the Workshop blends the essence of body, mind and soul, and will focus on the four aspects of menopause experiences.

We’ll explore:

1. Yoga postures, breath practices, and meditation to help you deal with anxious feelings, hot flashes and insomnia

2. Diet during menopause

3. Mental well being especially managing anxiety, rage and depression during menopause

4. Healing the body and mind through spirituality

Enjoy a women’s circle where you can talk freely about what’s been happening for you and hear others’ wisdom too. Have fun while you gain insights into what we can create for ourselves as we step into our Second Spring and our future lives. There is a lot to pack in within these sessions, which is why they’re each an hour long.


Trainer Details:

Manjula Prem is a dietician and a nutritionist by profession. She has worked with hospitals and health clubs in Mumbai. Currently is a diet consultant, She is actively involved in spirituality following the principle of working towards a sound mind, body and soul for eternal happiness.

Naina Mohan - A Psychologist with over 23 years of experience with Corporates, is an Emotional Intelligence and Behavioural Coach. She has multiple certifications under her belt and has undergone clinical training in Psychology. She is trained in the different approaches of psychotherapy.

Parinita Trivedi - A yoga instructor, and founder of Ishta Power Yoga has been actively teaching concepts of yoga, a way to be physically and mentally healthy. She has over 15 years of experience teaching different forms of yoga. She has trained more than 1000 national and international students to achieve their fitness goals happily and mindfully. She has conducted programs for Corporates as well.
