Cherry Blossom Festival - March 15-24 - Celebrate the arrival of spring at the annual Cherry Blossom Festival in Macon. Enjoy live music, arts and crafts, delicious food, and of course, stunning cherry blossoms in full bloom.
St. Patrick's Day Parade - March 16 - Join the fun at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Savannah. Experience the vibrant parade, filled with floats, bands, and dancers, followed by a lively festival celebrating all things Irish. Parade begins at 10:15am.
Atlanta Science Festival - March 9-23 - Explore the wonders of science at the Atlanta Science Festival. With engaging exhibits, hands-on activities, and fascinating presentations, this event is perfect for all ages.
Georgia Wine Highway - Kicks off in March, but many wineries continue the fun for several months. Discover the beauty of North Georgia's wine country during Georgia Wine Highway Week. Enjoy tastings at participating wineries, along with breathtaking views of the vineyards.

Real Estate Update for north metro Atlanta... Just as we in the industry thought, listings are picking up again! I have already watched some listings get multiple offers again. Interest rates are lower than their peak last fall, but I know we all want them to come down more- and I truly think they will. I predict they will start coming down in May/June, we will see if I'm right. There are some homes that are sitting on the market for awhile which always goes back to price and condition. It's imperative that your home is priced correctly for it's condition, AND make sure your home is presented in the BEST possible light to potential buyers. You only get one chance to make a first impression- and professional photography is usually that first impression. That is a service that I will always provide to my sellers.
