Q: What is your go-to productivity hack?
Jim: As I spend all day coding, whenever I take on something new I always try to put a little bit of time in at the start to simplify how I can test what I'm writing works. It can be painful waiting 5 minutes for a full business process to complete to finish before I know it worked or not, so if I can find a way to test just the little bit I'm working on, it can save tens of hours over the course of a project.
Q: Who’s your go-to background music singer while you are working?
Jim: I've got pretty diverse music taste, so it can be anything from Metallica, Dream Theater, through to Dire Straits, The Kinks, and even Kylie Minogue or Paloma Faith!
Q: Share a fun fact or a hidden talent about you that no one at the company knows.
Jim: Whenever you see me on a call on webcam, there's an accordion just out of shot that I own. I don't know how to play it.

Q: If you were to create a playlist for Intelligent Decisioning (will be played all day, every day), what would be your top 3 songs?
It would be absolutely filled with nostalgia & bouncing energy to keep us going all day. So:
Q: Do you start your day with coffee or tea?
Always a coffee, though I'm not too fussy - a cup of instant will do me. Later in the day though, it has to be tea.
