We honor and recognize the achievements of African Americans in history and present day. "All Ralph Goldston wanted to do for a living was play professional football. His dream became a reality when the Philadelphia Eagles selected him with 125th overall pick in the 1952 NFL Draft, making him one of the first two Black players to integrate the Eagles. Ralph was overjoyed with attaining his lifelong goal." Source: https://lnkd.in/eC_tTH7h Philadelphia Eagles

Caring for Kids While Caring for Our Own!
关于我们
Members of the NFL Alumni have worked to fulfill the organizations stated mission of Caring for Kids. A 501 (C) (3), NFL Alumni, Inc. carries out its mission by actively raising funds for youth-oriented charitable causes and engaging hands-on service to foster the development of our youth. Chartered in 1967, the organization was formed to address such player-welfare issues as pension benefits. As the NFL became more active in this area, the NFL Alumni restructured in 1977 into a non-profit charitable and education association. Whether they are at work, playing in a charity golf classic or visiting hospitals, NFL Alumni demonstrates a sense of community and Caring for Kids.

Happy Holidays from our NFL Alumni chapter! The NFL Alumni Philadelphia Chapter gifted toys and instilled a sense of community, and hope with students from JEVS Human Services. In this season of giving, the NFL Alumni scored a touchdown in the hearts of JEVS Orleans Technical School students, and we were honored to support this wonderful organization. #seaonofgiving #happyholidays #philly #philadelphia Rodney Brutton

What a fantastic time at The Total Experience Foundation’s 14th Annual Holiday Event held at the Total Turf Experience supersite in southern New Jersey. Jerry McGough, CEO and Founder of Total Experience Foundation hosted several agencies, including NFL Alumni’s partner Nikki Bagby and families from The Edward T Steel Elementary School located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The foundation not only distributed toys and provided a brunch for families, but a family received a $40,000. AHA accessible van. Nikki Bagby typically hosts the school during the holiday season for the past 21. Still, this year was an extra special event that allowed underserved families from Philadelphia to join Total Turf Experience, LLC in Pitman, New Jersey. Steel School was one of several agencies supporting more than 2000 children/teens. In addition, we want to thank NFL Alumni Sponsorship Chair Marla Viturello and former Eagles cheerleader and Philadelphia Eagles Nakobe Dean, who made a special appearance.
