Up to 1 million deaths in the U.S. each year are preventable through healthier lifestyle choices.

You are one decision away from changing your life. You are never too busy to get better. Ever!

Please stop putting your health at the bottom of your to-do list. Without your health, you have nothing.

Over 1 million deaths per year in the U.S. could be prevented by improving lifestyles. Yes, 1 million.

To put that in perspective:

  • According to official reports, 4,431 U.S. military personnel died during the Iraq War (2003–2011).
  • During the Vietnam War (1955–1975), a total of 58,220 U.S. military personnel died.
  • World War I (1917–1918, U.S. involvement): 116,516 U.S. military deaths.
  • World War II (1941–1945, U.S. involvement): 405,399 U.S. military deaths.

These are seen as traumatic moments in history for obvious reasons.

But why aren’t the 1 million deaths per year from preventable lifestyle-related causes being taken seriously? They barely get mentioned in the mainstream media.

Let me show you the numbers to give you a different perspective:

Deaths from Poor Lifestyle Choices in the U.S.:

  • Obesity & Poor Diet: About 300,000 deaths annually are attributed to poor diet and physical inactivity, primarily due to heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers.
  • Smoking: Approximately 480,000 deaths per year, including those from secondhand smoke exposure.
  • Excessive Alcohol Use: Roughly 140,000 deaths per year from alcohol-related causes, including liver disease, cancer, and accidents.
  • Drug Use & Overdoses: More than 100,000 deaths annually from drug overdoses, primarily due to opioids.
  • Stress & Mental Health: Chronic stress and mental health disorders contribute to various health issues, increasing risks of heart disease and suicide.

This is nuts.

You can wait for the government to change the culture, but that will take a long time. At the end of the day, it all comes down to you.

You are one decision away from changing your life.

When are you going to make that decision? Before you get sick and ill? Or when it’s too late?

I coach high-performing men and help them take control of their health and lives.

That’s absolutely insane. Sad thing is people are so confused and don’t know how to take care of their health due to all the misinformation flowing around social media. They just give up. They overcomplicate it, when it’s way easier than you think it is.
