During a national heatwave, when Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust faced the challenge of a malfunctioning countertop water boiler in the Medical Assessment Unit, leaving patients with unpleasant tasting water, we provided the solution.

We replaced their boiler with a Zip filtered water tap, and the MAU ward immediately noticed a positive impact on their patients.
