Welcome to the latest edition of UnZipped, your go-to newsletter for new research, hydration tips, behind-the-scenes insights, and much more... To kick things off, we’re thrilled to share some fantastic updates from our Customer Experience Team! Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work.
We’ve expanded our Customer Experience Team by 25%, meaning we now have over 80 frontline team members. This growth signifies our commitment to providing our customers with the exceptional support they deserve.
In addition to our team expansion, we’re proud to share that our average phone waiting time has been reduced to just 31 seconds. Time is precious, and we’ve made it a priority to ensure that all enquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
And there’s more good news! Our first contact resolution rate has soared to an outstanding 85%. This means that when you reach out to us, we’re equipped to resolve your concerns right from the very first interaction.
These achievements speak volumes about our dedication to serving you better. With a stronger team and improved efficiency, we’re here for you whenever you need us.
Of course, this commitment also extends to HydroCare, a testament to our unwavering dedication to servicing.
