One way we measure loyalty: The NPS

The NPS gauges customer loyalty by asking one simple question: “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend Chainguard to a friend or colleague?” Scores range from -100 to 100, with anything above 50 considered excellent, and above 80 considered world-class. Our score of 100 is a clear indication that our customers are not only satisfied, but actively championing our brand.
