Who is calling who?...
Another great reason for power operated, electric gates! Keeping would-be unwanted callers away.
Over the years we have received many enquirers from people complaining about strangers calling or simply having a look around. Walkers lost, drive surfacing opportunities offered, nosy neighbors checking out, opportunists looking for something, thieves surveying targets, people looking for a short cut, etc. the list continues....
Automatic gates do not always need to be high security, to provide a level of deterrent or an inconvenient obstacle to overcome that results in a real benefit to owners.
Often the local environment can benefit directly or indirectly from someone adding a good entrance system. These benefits can be social as well as financial and even local authorities have found cost savings in such areas.
Communal systems serving numerous properties often have this very same affect and split by each property owner, the combined installation cost can be very little, especially in regard to the return on #investment! Properties protected by a well designed and reliable Electric gate system, are valued greater than otherwise and this additional value remains as long as the gate is working.
Investing in longevity over cost saving is our best advice...Design for your longer term benefit in metal or in timber, the results speak for themselves.
