This has been an ongoing struggle throughout the year, and as we approach the festive season, the financial strain is particularly challenging for me as I seek to provide a memorable Christmas for my children.

What exacerbates this situation is witnessing colleagues and trusted professionals in the industry proudly promoting their involvement with music conferences supposedly dedicated to supporting independent artists. It's disheartening to observe the stark contrast between their success stories and the struggles faced by contributors like me, who, despite propelling the platform forward, are yet to be compensated fairly.
