JUST WOW! What an honor it is to be spotlighted by Woodlands Wildlife Refuge for my work with wildlife! Pictured here, I'm caring for a baby red fox that would not have survived without our help. I'm thrilled to share that she made a full recovery and was released back into the wild with her fellow foxy pals. When I'm not running through the woods with my camera, or video editing / animating in my studio, I'm a wildlife rehabilitation apprentice at Woodlands Wildlife Refuge in Alexandria, NJ. Helping sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife get a second chance at life in the wild is such an amazing experience! Day 3 of Interpretive Sign Designs! ?Message: Riparian vegetation is a major source of energy and nutrients for stream communities which support aquatic invertebrates (crayfish), insects, fish, salamanders and turtles. Rehabilitating these vegetative buffers is key to restoring natural stream functions and aquatic habitats.? Interpretive signs simplify scientific concepts for the public using clear language, visual aids, and relatable examples.
