Unveiling the PATTERN
Once we are aware of the pattern that we operate out of, how much are we aware of the next step that we need to take, whom should we reach out to, what should we ask, and how to go about what is running in our mind?
Are they mere cobwebs built over a period of time that need to be brushed off?
This brings me to the analogy I use in my sessions!
To enjoy the taste of Jackfruit (Pardon me if you dislike this fruit), we've got to tear open the entire fruit layer by layer, and we cannot do it with our fingernails alone; we need tools.
And it goes one by one; only when the thorny layer is pulled out, can we tear open the fibrous layer, and next it goes to the center where we have the succulent fruit.
That's exactly what we need to do to unveil our behavioral and emotional patterns of operating, one by one.
This process definitely puts us into a stressful or frustrating situation. But it's all about creating a mental space to fill our pattern bucket with the necessary elements that can nourish our growth. Only when go through this process of removing the rusting layers we have created in our mind and thoughts, we can address the issues rather than burning the bridges.
Are our feet on the ground to address and transform these patterns, or are we simply sitting back comfortably, complaining about others, their growth, and their achievements in life and business?
For a Mentor to work with us, we should UNVEIL our PATTERN!
I invite you to refer back to the Jackfruit analogy; it will definitely help you list down those patterns that are hindering your growth and holding you back from reaching your goals!
