Let’s dive into our recent project - the Micro Work Experience in Barcelona & Rome, in collaboration with our beloved partner, LeadAbroad .

Over the course of six weeks, we worked with 115 ambitious students from various US universities. Our mission was clear: to offer them micro work experiences that would not only enhance their skill sets but also broaden their horizons. This project was designed to be a transformative learning journey.

The project encapsulated enriching experiences, each contributing to the professional development of the participants. These highlights showcase the essence of the Micro Work Experience initiative:

  1. Real-World Project Immersion: The students delved into real-world projects, collaborating with local clients and gaining hands-on experience that transcends the classroom. This practical exposure allowed them to bridge the gap between theory and application, fostering a deeper understanding of their chosen fields.
  2. LinkedIn as a Career Catalyst: As part of their journey, participants learned how to harness the power of LinkedIn for professional growth. Understanding the nuances of personal branding, networking, and effective online engagement equipped them with skills that are indispensable in today's digital landscape.
  3. Multidisciplinary Teamwork: This experience fostered creativity, adaptability, and intercultural communication - qualities that are vital in navigating the global workforce.
