My favourite dance therapy form is playing 5 different types of music and dancing. This form is known as 5 Music Therapy given to us by Osho. I also like to dance in a dark room with only candles seeing my dancing shadow on the wall. The later I discovered when once light went off and had to dance with candles and since then its been my favourite.
