While the real estate industry is continuously evolving in the face of growing client expectations, market fluctuations, and digitalisation, the corporate values of Engel & V?lkers have remained the same for over 40 years now: Competence, exclusivity and passion form the core of our unmistakable brand identity. They are the foundation stones for our culture and the high-quality standards upheld by more than 16,500 people working under the Engel & V?lkers brand worldwide.
Our brand refinement marks a new milestone in the history of Engel & V?lkers. In an intensive two-year development process, we have refined our brand identity still further in line with our stated objective to be the leading platform for real estate agents. This also encompasses the launch of an innovative design system that reflects our “digital first” approach, all while honouring our rich brand heritage.??
The most significant modifications to the brand include the evolution of the logo and the creation of a custom typeface. The iconic villa at Elbchaussee 414 in Hamburg, whose fa?ade has formed an integral part of our brand logo up until now, has been adapted and separated from the traditional wordmark. We have also developed our very own typography, with a simple modernity that reflects the exclusive character of Engel & V?lkers and works equally well in both digital and analogue. This brand refinement is in full alignment with the ongoing evolution of our company, which has seen a global expansion in recent years and will continue to do so in the future, and is set to operate increasingly in the digital realm – all without losing sight of its unique identity and core values.?
