As I walk along my path, I stumble – a reflexive habit that seems hard to break. Despite my best efforts, I find myself falling once again, and frustration wells up inside me. I tend to blame the world around me for these mishaps, but deep down, I know there's more to it.
The following day, I repeat the same pattern, and unsurprisingly, I encountered the same outcome. This time, however, I can't help but feel a tinge of embarrassment, knowing I should have learned from my previous experience. Yet, my mind still clings to the idea that external factors are to blame, prolonging my recovery.
As days pass, I start feeling increasingly helpless and inadequate, as if I'm stuck in a cycle, I can't break free from. With each step, I spot the familiar hole, but my habits trap me into repeating my mistakes. The awareness of my recurring pattern makes me feel even angrier with myself, and my confidence wanes.
But there comes a moment of realization. As I walk down the street again, I spot the hole from a distance. This time, however, something within me urges me to break away from the old pattern. I gather my courage, and with determination, I veer around the hole, avoiding the usual pitfall. Relief washes over me, accompanied by a newfound clarity.

And so, my journey to self-awareness begins, with the understanding that every step forward brings me closer to becoming the person I aspire to be….
