  • Education: Diploma, Computer Systems Technician and Network, Master of Science
  • Ticketing Tools: Service Desk
  • 15-20 Level 1 and 2 tickets a day on average
  • 1200+ users supported across 40+ departments
  • Tech Savvy with hands-on experience as a technical support analyst and advanced skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues


Candidate 2: IT Support Specialist

$65K

  • 5+ years of experience as Tier1/Tier 2 support in an MSP environment.
  • Accustomed to handling 50+ tickets a day and operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced with Windows, Linux and MacOS.
  • Proficient with O365 (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint), VPNs, WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls and security.
  • Ticketing Tool: ConnectWise.
  • Great communication; experience leading educational sessions for internal staff and clients.


Candidate 3: Cyber Security Engineer

$115K

  • 8 years of experience with network security, network operations, and network monitoring.
  • Proficient in configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing UTM/ firewall products.
  • Experience in providing technical support via calls, emails and chat as a part of TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) team.

Candidate 4: DevOps Engineer

  • 8+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer
  • Extensive experience with configuration management, Build, Deploy, Release Management, and Cloud administration.
  • Experience in Microsoft Team Foundation, Jenkins, GitLab, DevOps, PowerShell scripting, Bugzilla, YAML, Terraform,
  • Experience in automation, such as creating resources in Azure with templates and Jenkins Migration projects

Candidate 1: Data Developer

$75/hour

  • Overall 4.5 years experience working as ETL/Data Engineer.
  • Migration of data from old system to new system using INTERMEDIATE layer S3.
  • Most data files are on JSON and XML with few values in XML.
  • Used SS Lambda to pull data and push it into PostgreSQL.
  • Completed setting up a Redshift data warehouse and using ETL Matillion for migration.
  • Used Python for scripting, Lambda built on Python.
  • Used multiple APIs to pull data, establish, and collect the proper tables for a given request.
  • Designed logic in SQL and rewrote in C# to backend API; SaaS migration to Azure.
  • Worked on configuring products and product offers in Oracle DBA.

Candidate 2: Senior Software Consultant

$125/hour

  • 8+ years of experience in software development across various domains; operating in a full-stack capacity
