Our path to becoming an ACCA Approved Employer took a few years. It all began when some of our eager employees shared the idea with our leaders. With a boost from Presidential Decree Number 4611, we got the green light internally. This helped us convince the higher-ups to support our learners with paid study breaks and covering exam and study expenses. This achievement shows how serious we are about helping our team grow and learn.

We offer our ACCA candidates a flexible approach. They can select their preferred study partner, and we'll take care of reimbursing their fees. Plus, we provide a study leave of at least 6 days, ensuring they have dedicated time to focus on their exam preparation and studies.

Could you share any success stories of ACCA candidates who have advanced within your company and achieved notable career milestones?

We have a number of colleagues, who having advanced in ACCA, received salary increases and promotions within their departments. The quality of their work increased significantly. They mindset changed too. They constantly try to learn new skills and improve their work.

How do you assess the performance and progress of ACCA trainees within your organization?

Assessing the performance and progress of ACCA trainees in our organization involves a collaborative approach. At the beginning of each year, we engage in discussions with trainees to understand their goals and aspirations. Based on this, we help them chart a suitable path for their ACCA journey.

Throughout the year, we consistently monitor their progress, offering guidance and support whenever needed. Our team assists trainees in obtaining necessary approvals for study leaves and fee reimbursements, ensuring they can focus on their studies. Regular check-ins and open communication help us ensure that trainees are on track and making steady strides toward their ACCA qualifications.

Referring to the presidential decree, which played a pivotal role in our journey, can provide a strong foundation for obtaining internal approvals. It's also beneficial to have an ACCA member within your organization who can guide you through the process and share their insights. If that's not feasible, don't hesitate to approach us for assistance.
