Unveiling D·engage's November & December Updates
As the year comes to a close, D·engage is thrilled to share the latest enhancements and features that have been added to our platform in November and December. These updates are designed to empower marketers, streamline workflows, and provide more options for personalized and effective customer engagement.
1. Predefined Segment
Introducing the Predefined Segment feature! This new segment type, accessible in the Segments folder, caters to general, channel-based, and e-commerce scenarios. Users can explore the Predefined Segments, each with a detailed description. If a segment involves variables (such as month), set the variables first to run the segment. Download the results like an SQL segment and use them to create campaigns and new segments.
2. GTM Ignore
With the GTM Ignore feature, ignore GTM analytics for specific nodes. This provides more control over your analytics data, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
3. SuperAdmin
We've added a new system role - SuperAdmin. The main differentiator from Full Admin is the approval mechanism. SuperAdmins have the authority to approve all other user roles. For more details, check out our New Security & User Type Updates document.
4. Segment Multiple Recurring Campaign Filter
Now you can select multiple recurring campaigns on interactive segments, enhancing the flexibility and options available for your campaigns.
5. Segment Exclusion Remote Filter
On Target Audience screens, select Remote Segments for exclusion. This gives you more control over who sees your campaigns, refining your targeting strategy.
6. In-App | Modal Box Background Colour
The In-App and Modal Box Background Colour feature is now live in production! Customize the background color and transparency of modal and image modal layouts. Ensure your SDK is updated to leverage this feature effectively.
7. Targeting On-site Reports
Dive into detailed reports for each targeting on-site campaign. Analyze different reports for various layouts, including feedback and subscription contents, providing insights into visitor engagement and interaction.
8. Add Video Link to On-site Contents
Enhance your on-site content with video links! Add videos to horizontal pop-ups, image pop-ups, subscription pop-ups, vertical pop-ups, numeric ratings, and star ratings. Please note that YouTube video links are not supported.
9. Targeting and Flow | On-site Campaigns - Where to Show? | Specific Page “and/or” Operator
Refine your campaign targeting by using the "and/or" operator. Specify which pages to include or exclude for more granular control.

10. Targeting On-site Campaigns Bulk Pause
Efficiently manage active targeting on-site campaigns by pausing selected campaigns in bulk. This simplifies campaign management and adjustments.
11. SendTransactionalWithFallback Function Improvement
The SendTransactionalWithFallback function now works even if there's no token for a contact key, ensuring fallback methods are effective. Developers can refer to the Developer Guide for more information.
12. Customization Tags on Targeting On-site Campaigns
Now, customization tags are available on Targeting On-site Campaigns, adding another layer of personalization to your campaigns.
13. Web Push Prompt | Hour and Day Options
Take control of web push prompts with the ability to manage the "Min Wait Time After Prompt" based on the hour and day options.
14. Incremental Logs | On-site & In-App
New data export options have been added for marketing incremental logs related to On-site and In-app Campaigns. Easily export details on On-site Events, In-app Events, On-site Sends, and In-app Sends for comprehensive reporting.
15. Inbox Preview
The Email Detailed Preview feature now uses the 3rd party tool 'Email Preview Services' for a seamless preview experience. Check out our documentation for more details.
16. Spam Checker
Our Email Spam Score feature now uses the 'Spam Assassin' tool for more accurate spam score calculations. Learn more in our documentation.
