A focused community strategy is akin to a compass guiding us toward overarching goals. This section introduced the O-K-R framework (Objective, Key Results, and Actions) at three levels: Business, Community, and Tactical. By aligning strategies with the SPACES framework, community managers craft targeted initiatives, ensuring maximum impact and resonance with community needs.

Section 5: Six Real-World Community Strategy Examples

Real-world strategies came to life in this section, featuring multiple events strategies, member-generated content development, contributor rewards, helper spotlights, email digests, and optimized onboarding processes. These strategies were accentuated with seamless automation and strategic notifications, elevating member engagement and community vibrancy.

Section 6: Tracking Progress with a Strategic Dashboard

Data-driven insights are the cornerstone of effective community management. In this section, we delved into the importance of strategic dashboards, emphasizing their role in monitoring community health.
