• 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience, 2+ years of working in an MSP environment.
• 1+ years of experience working on L2 tickets.
• Certifications: CompTIA and A+.
• Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, Core, Jira, Zendesk.
• Manages 5-6 tickets a day on average.
• Proficient in oral and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate 2: Cyber Security Analyst

$85K

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity; mostly in SOC.
• Has experience with vulnerability management, incident response and SOC audits.
• SIEM Tools: Crowdstrike, Stellar, Kibana.
• Handles cloud environments in O365 for all clients.
• Has experience with software ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Jira and Salesforce.

Candidate 3: DevOps Engineer

$120K

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud administration and infrastructure deployment.
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines from scratch using Azure DevOps.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps automated deployments.

• Experience with Cisco and Juniper platforms, including Junos, SRXs, SD-WAN, Meraki.
• Highly experienced with routers and switches; also experienced with data centers and troubleshooting network problems.
• Experience as a technical lead; leading a team of 20 people - responsible for resource management, reporting, and operations.
• Has architectural-level experience with B2B clients.
• Cisco certified.

Candidate 2: Agile Project Manager

$85/hour

• 7+ years of experience in project management; specializing in agile/scrum frameworks.
• Certifications: PMP, Professional Scrum Master.
• Experience managing software upgrades, data migration, implementation and automation projects.
• Tech: Jira, Confluence, Visio, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel.
• Great communicator with extensive experience leading and coordinating teams, implementing project structure, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful project execution.
