The Unveiled story of magnificent “Adiyogi”

Lord Shiva who is the eternal life energy, can’t be bound by title, form, or time. Additionally, in the Hindu religion, he is the highest force. According to the tale surrounding the Adiyogi Shiva statue, the "Yogi" is seen to be completely absorbed in intense concentration while experiencing transcendental reality. Adiyogi, the divine epitome of power from which yoga was born, is Lord Shiva. He was the first to teach the physics behind yoga, making him the unquestionable master among yogis. The "Adiyogi Shiva statue" tale reveals Shiva's true self, who is seated in the shape of a lotus and silently practising meditation within the Kailash mountains. While his cerebral and yogic powers were at their peak he recognized the fundamental principles governing the cosmos.

The history of the Adiyogis also tells the narrative of Shiva, who taught his wife Goddess Parvati how to meditate and do yoga. As a result, he was later recognized as the Adi Guru of Yoga. According to Adiyogi history, Shiva instructed Parvati in 84 yoga poses that are a part of the Vedic Parampara. The ability to reach Rajyoga, the "Goal of yoga," is provided through these 84 Asanas. Additionally, these yogic postures eliminate a person's doshas and produce the best results.

Shiva never felt the urge to share his Yogic insights with anybody other than his wife Parvati because of his unwavering love for her. Goddess Parvati, a representation of compassion and love, was unable to bear the people's sorrows, therefore she felt compelled to impart these lessons to them.?
